Hello everyone,
I still can't connect to the console on my Omniswitch 6868N, I've written the settings required for this access ( Baud rate 115200, Parity none, Data bits 8, stop bits 1).
The terminal opens but the background remains black and no login appears. I've tried another switch and other cables but still the same problem. With a Micro USB - RJ 45 Female adapter the problem is the same too.

Not sure on how exactly you try to connect but you may use a standard data micro-USB to USB cable and use the a Silab CP210 driver (https://www.silabs.com/developers/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers)
Same console settings are applicable (115200 baud rate).

Hey thanks for your answer when I try to connect with USB I already used this driver but same thing…
The cable you are using will not work with 6860N. You need to use the Bulit-in Console cable and DB9 connector to make things working.
