i have alcatel Industrial switch of OS6465-12P where i have lost the username and password , i need to reset the switch the switch to factory default any help or rupport procedure is highly appreciated, thanks

Please try the below:
Power-cycle the switch and interrupt the boot sequence by typing ‘Enter’ during this bootup, until you get to the u-boot> prompt.
Apply the three following commands:
the first one will set the admin default password back: ‘switch’.
The second one will save this configuration.
The third one will reset the CPU.
u-boot> setAdminPasswordDefault
u-boot> saveenv
u-boot> reset
