Hi,
I was wondering if an anycast gateway feature was under development or being discussed for SPBm network. This feature seems very useful in EVPN/VXLAN or Extreme Fabric environments.
I did request the feature several years ago so at least it should be present in the Product Enhancement Request lists.
Oh! Okay, thanks for sharing that information. I had a feeling that this feature must have already been requested by the community. Let’s see if it ever comes out!
A “slightly delayed” answer, please make your voice heard to your ALE contacts if you like to see the feature. It possibly makes ALE prioritize the implementation if more customers demands it.
