Hello,
We currently have Stellar Wi-fi installed in a multi-tenancy building. We have AP 1321's located around the building and we have seen behaviour where users "time-out" and disconnect from the Wi-Fi. The users re-connect after a short period of time. Also, it seems as if users are being "steered" to a different access point which could be further away from them, instead of connecting to the nearest AP.
Has anyone else come across this behaviour/issues with band steering?
