Export logs in express mode

Hello, We have a client that is experiencing drop outs. I have downloaded the logs but can’t find the information that i need. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

You can look for WAM folder → wam file. you can search with user-mac address to find probable log associated disconnection of the client.

I would suggest to enable logs in debug mode if issue is reproduced at will and collect logs which may provide detail information . Once logs collected revert back logs to information without fail
