Unable to access the portal page on an Android or iPhone
with a captive portal hosted by Weblib Smartwifi.

The portal displays correctly on a PC
I’m in Express mode, and if I open a web page using only HTTP, the captive portal appears.
I had experience with Andriod phones and I see they do not support http:// connections and support only https. I hope the behavior same with IPhones also.
