Got some error in syslog

My office using Stellar on express mode and have some labtop and smartphone got problem when tried to connect with stellar and then I have checked syslog I got error below.

[dcm] auth: Client cc:25:ef:42:0e:e8 tries to connect 2.4G radio, the vap is ath01, disallowed by DCM, Deny count 2. err 192.168.2.11 [dcm] auth: Client fc:f8:ae:5b:f9:b4 tries to connect 2.4G radio, the vap is ath01, disallowed by DCM, Deny count 2. err 192.168.2.11 [dcm] auth: Client fc:f8:ae:5b:f9:b4 tries to connect 2.4G radio, the vap is ath01, disallowed by DCM, Deny count 1. err 192.168.2.11

So can someone help me about this problem.

I am sure you found the answer. I am answering this now, as it may help if anyone encounters same error. The log Disallowed by DCM deny Count 2 or a other number means Under Wireless → RF you have enabled Band steering and you are seeing the log if the Client supporting 5GHz and 2.4GHz trying associate 2.4Ghz. You may have the reason client failing to associate in WAM FOLDER —>WAM Log file. I hope this helps
