Issues connecting Sonos

Hi,

Is there anyone who has some experience with connecting Sonos devices on Alcatel Switching?

At one of our customers they are having some issues to connect them and configure them. Sonos is in another VLAN but the device with sonos app is configured in this same VLAN.

Does anyone has a guideline how to configure the network for sonos? Because i think there are some specific things i have to configure for it on my switch

From what I know Sonos relies with STP in general matter Configure STP settings to work with Sonos | Sonos
and in all honestly I have nver put that into practice on a switch then I could not help you more I think :expressionless:
