Please help with below query:

  1. 1101 with OV will support WIPS?
  2. Should be able to bind connected wireless devices by location –> is it complied or not?

Hi Dengling, for question1:
yes, the WIPS feature is supported by the AP1101 model.

Can you elaborate more please? I don't really understand what you are asking for. thanks

If I'm not wrong, the answer is YES and NO. YES, in the way connected devices are linked with the AP they are connected to, and as you know where the AP is... they are "somehow" located. NO, in the way OV2500 does NOT provide WLAN location information, neither in the Heat-Maps, not by API.
