OS6360 hybrid-mode port reset problem

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the hybrid ports on one of the OS6360-P24X switches you delivered (Serial No.: WHS251800197, Order No.: 2025745).

I am using port 25 in fiber mode, but after every reboot, I have to manually switch the port to copper mode and then back to fiber mode for the fiber link to function correctly (CLI commands: interfaces 1/1/25 hybrid-mode copper; interfaces 1/1/25 hybrid-mode fiber).

Without this action, the CLI reports the following:

The other 20 switches you delivered do not exhibit this issue — this is the only one showing this symptom.

All switches are running version 8.10.86.R04.

Could this be a hardware problem?
(Attached is the configuration applied to the switch.)

This not Hardware issue for sure as per my knowledge as configuration is working until switch is reloaded. Please reach out to support to nail down the cause.
