Hi,

Can we use OV 2500 as NTP sever for ALE switches and Access points?

Hi Ryas,

It is not possible to use OV2500 as an NTP server. You can configure one of the OmniSwitches as NTP client to a public NTP server and configure the same switch as NTP server for the rest of the network.

Hi,
I prefere the Coreswitch as NTP-Server for the other Switches. This Switch is redundant and usually UPS-Buffered.
