I have customer who wants to enable OV2500 HA feature. Based on my understanding customer needs one set of OV2500 licenses (OmniSwitch, Stellar, Guest, ..) which are installed today. These same licenses can be installed to redundant unit? Customer need to buy only OV2500 HA license to feature running?
Hello. If you already have a working, licensed OV2500 installation, then you only need to purchase the HA license. Please be aware that, depending on the version your customer is running, there may be a two or three-step upgrade procedure to fully implement OV2500 HA.
