While I'm trying to add AP again to same OVC instance its giving error " The Serial number XXXX already exists in OV" ,Although its not their in the device Catalog & managed device.From AP CLI the AP is working in Cluster mode....

Serial number under others Instance can give this error. You need to open ticket with support to clear it.
