POE Fault Status On All Ports

We encountered fault status on all of our Port OS6360 and 6860E Switch

We tried to reload the switch but error persist

First, we encountered the fault status on our poe interface on our 6360 Switch, we transferred all the 24 IP phones on the other switch which is 6860E Switch but still we encountered fault status.

To identify root cause I would suggest to open a case with support.

I have seen specific ports have issues with cables (resolved by disabling 4 pair functionality on the switch) or worst case POE Switch connected to another POE switch like 6560-P24 connected to 6360-P10 (resolved by disabling POE functionality on one of the switch) etc,
