[NEWLINE]after a successful deployment of NMS2500 R4.8 when a user try to access as a guest and transferred to CP page after write the username and password it gives [DOUBLEQUOTE]receive time out[DOUBLEQUOTE] any thought about that ?? or how to solve it
Better is always to refer documentation and identify your confiuration case in the guide for the guest access and guest account management itself in R4.8. This resource is on same page SW under resources part of SW.
Is this Apple guest new? sounds be related to Apple iPhone device may guest record process can be rebuilt if necessary and other browser used to connect CP. If issue remains Pls raise eSR Thanks
