SNMP on OV 2500 NMS possible?

Hi all,

Is it possible to monitor the OV 2500 NMS 4.9 server via SNMP?

In our case we will use PRTG. I have been going through the manual, but cant seem to find anything.

If yes, please refer to a menu in the OV 2500 NMS if possible

Hi fno, it is not possible to monitor the server itself using SNMP. Checking the OV2500 resources, there is no MIB database published. I guess it depends a bit on what your objective is here. PRTG offers various sensors to monitor the VM itself. OV2500 uses SNMP to manage and monitor the equipment managed by OV2500. Does this answer your question?
