I have problem now for ssh from omnivista 2500 NMS 4.9R3 to alcatel switch OS6860N-P24Z 8.9.107.R02 due to authentication failure although when i try to authenticate from my pc with same credentials it works fine.
What should i configure on omnivista to work fine?
What’s the exact message you are getting? Was it working before?
You can try a few things: -
-Check the switch logs to see what the error is - “show log swlog <timestamp>”
-Check the number of active user sessions using command “who”. Close any unwanted sessions
-Upgrade to latest AOS version
