Nice demo, it could be improved however by using the built in UNP defaultWLANProfile which would automatically assign the AP switch port to untagged VLAN 10. Is there a similar possibility to classify OmniSwitches? Are the default switch certificates recognised by UPAM or do the need to be imported?
That is right this is a good demo that has the advantage of detail a step by step in Omnivista at the same time on little-used features. So if you want to manage the LAN with a second management LAN (rather generally used for clients) it remains feasible but also quite rarely used v lighten the configuration with default unp profile. AP authentication is intended to avoid impersonation with third-party AP (Rogue) and it is not intended for Omniswitch. UPAM works only with imported certificates.
